Who we are

DIGI is a brand of CHMS Cyber Security Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15650214, with a registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at ask@chmsdigi.com.

Enquiries

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation if you supply one, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to any related follow-up correspondence.

The form is processed by our own server and the resulting email is delivered through our transactional email provider. We do not route enquiries through a third-party form-processing service. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Spam protection

To protect the form from automated abuse we check a hidden field that humans never see, measure how long the form was open before it was submitted, and limit how many submissions can come from one network address in an hour. We do not store this information beyond the lifetime of the check.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Analytics and advertising storage are set to denied by default and remain denied unless you choose to accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to ask@chmsdigi.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change, and the date at the top of this page will change with it.
